The custom turned feet in the lower image, were done to the owner's specifications.
I created a 5th foot to place directly under the center of the island, under a middle partition to help carry the load. As you can see in the upper (rear) image, this method of load balancing keeps the baseline visually clean, so that what is a very heavy piece appears to be lighter. (and helps for cleaning too!)
